So whereas Ogun is the Patron Saint of soldiers, policemen and blacksmith, Ogun Bhalin¹dio is the Patron of all Physiciens. He uses knives and steel instruments to cut away disease and the steel needle to inject medicine.

He also strengthen the will needed to heal oneself and others. When making offerings to him, concentrate on determination and will, also meditate on the necessity of balancing hot and cool qualities to combat disease and instill healing in oneself and others.
